| 摘 要： | 高职院校学生的礼仪现状不容乐观,高职院校学生的礼仪教育应从理论和操作两方面入手,同时要考虑到高职教育的培养目标,通过多种教育活动使学生在礼仪的基本理论和行为规范上能够适应社会和职业变化的需要。
