| 摘 要： | 研究运动大鼠肌细胞ＭＭＰ细胞凋亡率的关系，寻找评定运动性疲劳与恢复的可行性指标。用流式细胞仪检测肌细胞ＭＭＰ、ＤＮＡ倍体分析，ＪＥＭ—１２００ＥＸ电镜及脱氧核糖核苷酸末端转移酶介导的缺口末端标记技术检测细胞凋亡。研究表明：游泳训练可诱发细胞凋亡和ＭＭＰ的改变，细胞凋亡可作为评定运动性疲劳的指标。

| Abstract: | The relationship between mitochondria membrane potential and cell apoptosis of the muscular cells in rats after exercise is investigated in order to find the possibility markers to evaluate the monlidity fatigue and regain. Mitochondria membrane potential in the muscular cell was determined with analysis of DNA doubel by the technique of flow cytometry. Apoptosis was observed with JEM-1200EX electric microscope and terminal deoxynucleotidy 1 transferals d-UTP nick end labelling. It is shown that swimming exercise may cause mitochondria membrane potential change and induce apoptosis. The procedures of these measurements are performed quickly with high specificity and sensitivity. |
