| 摘 要： | 武术是中华民族传统文化的重要组成部分，武术传承有弘扬民族精神，传播民族文化的作用。文章从文化学视角，运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法，对武术的本质和武术文化的传承进行思考。研究结果认为：武术文化的“原点”是具有攻防技击意识的人体动作；人体动作是武术文化的“物的载体”；把武术动作运动下去是传承的核心任务。

| Abstract: | Wushu as a part of traditional culture in china, has been carrying forward the national spirit and dissemination of national culture. This article from the perspective of culture science, with the methods of literature and logic analysis, studies the essence of Wushu and cultural heritage of it, and studies ：“the origin” of Wushu is the art of attack and defense with offensive and defensive awareness of body movement;body movement is a“the carrier material”of culture about Wushu; to continue Wushu action sports heritage is the core of the mission. |
