摘 要: | 我国高等教育的发展正处在社会转型的过程中,面临着两大竞争的逻辑——政治逻辑与市场逻辑,而对其中任何一种逻辑的偏好都会影响大学的正常发展。化解这一困境的关键是要关注大学竞争的内在逻辑——知识逻辑,强调大学在立足社会资源的基础上,在追求自身独特价值的过程中所形成的独特的知识生产、传播、运用体系及保证这一体系有效运转的组织结构程序与价值观念,是大学在竞争中立于不败之地的关键。

Abstract: | In the social transitional period,higher education in China is confronted with dual logic rivals:politics-oriented and market-oriented,the preference of either of which will affect the development of a given university.The way out is to attach much importance to the inner logics of university competition:knowledge-oriented logic.Based on social resources,the logic stresses that the key to stay alive in university competition should be to construct a unique system of knowledge production,dissemination,utilization and,establish an organizational procedure and values to secure the smooth operation of this system. |
