On the Administrative Pronouncement |

| Abstract: | Administrative pronouncement is the administrative act , which tells something to the masses in the public way. This act takes the material proceeding into use in public law sometimes. It takes some effect on the right and obligation of private party. Because it belongs to the legal act, it can be included in juristically adjust and administrative redress. |
