| 摘 要： | 结合我国当前社会、经济和国际形势，分析了当前和未来一段时间我国体育法制将重点加强以下三方面的建设：强化保障公民体育权利的法律法规体系，与我国社会主义民主权利协调发展；完善保障体育市场规范运行和体育产业健康有序发展的法律法规，与我国社会主义市场经济协调发展；加强体育法规国际化，与国际体育发展接轨。
