摘 要: | 学校教学质量的全面提升是撬动学校发展的支点。为促使学校走上可持续发展轨道,校长应加强教学改革的领导力与创新力,立足于高效课堂的建构,着力提升教学质量。为此,要统一认识,明确高效课堂基本特征,把握课堂教学改革的方向;要深化课堂教学改革,着力高效课堂教学,立足自主学习能力培养;要遵循课堂教学规律并按规律办事,搞好课堂教学改革;要找准载体,规范流程,以实现高效课堂教学模式的最优化;要通过行政推动,推进课堂教学改革向纵深发展。

Abstract: | Headmasters should strengthen the leadership and creativity of teaching reform for a sustainable development of school. To construct efficient classroom teaching and improve educational quality, headmasters must do the following tasks: defining the basic features of efficient lectures and the direction of reform; deepening classroom teaching reform and developing student's competence of independent learning; conforming to the laws of classroom teaching; adopting proper vehicles and procedures to optimizing classroom teaching models; using executive power to push classroom reform effectively and permanently. |
