学校教学质量的全面提升是撬动学校发展的支点。为促使学校走上可持续发展轨道,校长应加强教学改革的领导力与创新力,立足于高效课堂的建构,着力提升教学质量。为此,要统一认识,明确高效课堂基本特征,把握课堂教学改革的方向;要深化课堂教学改革,着力高效课堂教学,立足自主学习能力培养;要遵循课堂教学规律并按规律办事,搞好课堂教学改革;要找准载体,规范流程,以实现高效课堂教学模式的最优化;要通过行政推动,推进课堂教学改革向纵深发展。

School Development and Efficient Classroom Teaching Reform

Headmasters should strengthen the leadership and creativity of teaching reform for a sustainable development of school. To construct efficient classroom teaching and improve educational quality, headmasters must do the following tasks： defining the basic features of efficient lectures and the direction of reform; deepening classroom teaching reform and developing student＇s competence of independent learning; conforming to the laws of classroom teaching; adopting proper vehicles and procedures to optimizing classroom teaching models; using executive power to push classroom reform effectively and permanently.
