小学语文教师薛瑞萍的课程意识与教学信念——基于《心平气和的一年级》等教学手记的文本分析

摘    要:小学语文教师尤其是普通教师较难进入课程与教学论的理论研究视野。薛瑞萍作为一名以教育写作赢得独特专业成长机会的普通教师,其六年间出版的六本教学手记,值得用文本分析的方法深入研究。特别是薛老师种种特立独行的教学言行背后,存在着多种关于母语的课程意识和教学信念,"日有所诵"、"定能生慧"等行动与信念,可供普通教师借鉴。

Xue Ruiping's Curriculum Awareness and Teaching Belief as a Primary Chinese Teacher

Abstract:Basically speaking, primacy Chinese teachers are very hard to draw the attention of curriculum and didactics research. Xue Ruiping, an ordinary Chinese teacher, has attained special opportunities of growth in her career through her writings on education. Six volumes of teaching diary -written by her within six years have been published, worth studying deeply by means of text analysis. What is special is that Ms. Xue has her own curriculum awareness and teaching belief on our mother tongue behind her unique teaching behaviors. For example, "reading aloud per day", "becoming wise absolutely", etc., such actions and beliefs deserve reference.
