我国慈善组织发展的现状、困境及对策研究

慈善组织能够分担部分政府社会职能,对公民社会的发展、有限政府的建立有着重要的意义。本文对我国慈善机构发展的现状进行分析,然后从观念、自身、制度三个角度归纳我国慈善机构发展的困境,提出促进我国慈善机构发展的建议。

Research on the Status Quo,Problems and Countermeasures of Charity Organization Development in China

As the charity organizations focus on fields such as disaster relief, health care and education, the development of charity has the propellant effect on sound social security. Meanwhile, the development of charity can not only share part of social functions which belong to the government, but have important significance on the development of civil society and the establishment of limited government. This article interpreted the present situation of the charity organizations＇ development in our country. Then, summed up the development of domestic charity from the viewpoints of concept, itself and system. After made a deep analysis, some targeted countermeasures and suggestions were put forward to promote the development of charity in China.
