| 摘 要： | 在现代信息社会中,传统隐私权不断向网络领域延伸,侵权问题日益突出.因此,强化对网络空间的个人数据和隐私权的法律保护,已成为国际社会网络立法的当务之急.特别是针对我国网络隐私权保护的不足,加强网络隐私权保护的立法和正确实施,尤显得必须和紧迫.

| Abstract: | In the present information society,the traditional right of privacy successively extends to the network field and the tort question gets striking day by day.Therefore,it has been an urgent matter for the internet legislation of the international society to strengthen the legal protection for the individual data and privacy.It seems specially urgent and important by aiming at the insufficiency in our country’s protection of the right of privacy to strengthen the internet legislation and carry out it. |
