提高普通高校女生足球选项课教学质量的研究

随着我国高校体育教育的改革,全国有许多高校都逐步开设了女生足球选项课。高校女子足球选项课的开展,为女大学生开辟了广阔的活动空间,有利于女学生身心健康发展、提高身体素质、培养良好的意志品质、树立良好自信心和社会责任感。但受女生心理特点和生理变化的影响,现阶段高校女生足球选项课的教学质量不尽人意。本文通过对高校女生足球选项课的意义、状况进行研究和分析,并对提高普通高校女生足球选项课教学质量提出了一些具体的措施。
