| 摘 要： | 从静态角度看,民生政府是构建社会主义和谐社会的必要条件;从动态角度看,民生政府是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要动力。民生政府建设应该坚持和谐精神、创新精神。当前,推进民生政府建设,要坚持以人为本,把握民生政府建设的方向;积极实行政务公开,把握民生政府建设的关键;开展政府绩效评估,把握民生政府建设的途径。

| Abstract: | Seen from the static point of view,the government for people's livelihood is the necessary conditions to build a socialist harmonious society;seen from the dynamic perspective,the government for people's livelihood is an important driving force to build socialist harmonious society.Seen from the inherent requirements,building the government for people's livelihood should uphold the harmonious spirit,the spirit of innovation.At present,to build the government for people's livelihood,it is necessary to adhere to the people-centered to grasp the direction of the building;actively enforce the open administration to grasp the key to the building;carry out the evaluation of the government performance to seize the method of the building. |
