| 摘 要： | 传统的顺序控制器控制电镀生产线，电路复杂，可靠性差，提出以三菱FX系列PLC替代顺序控制器新思路，实现电镀生产线的自动控制，并对系统的硬件和软件进行了设计和实现．经过模拟调试，手动、连续、单步、单周期四种工作方式均可正常运行，并使电路简单，可靠性和稳定性都增强了．
