摘    要:传统的顺序控制器控制电镀生产线,电路复杂,可靠性差,提出以三菱FX系列PLC替代顺序控制器新思路,实现电镀生产线的自动控制,并对系统的硬件和软件进行了设计和实现.经过模拟调试,手动、连续、单步、单周期四种工作方式均可正常运行,并使电路简单,可靠性和稳定性都增强了.

Abstract:The electroplating production line controlled by the traditional order controller has been circuit complexity,poor reliability.To raise the new idea that Mitsubishi FX Series PLC controller replaces the order controller and achieves automatic electroplating production line.The system hardware and software have been designed and get realized.After simulation testing,manual,continuous,single-step,single-cycle of four works can be normally operated and the simple circuits,reliability and stability are enhanced...
