金工实习教学工作的探索与实践

金工实习是工科专业以实践为主的一个重要教学环节。近年来国内大多数高校在金工实习教学上已取得突破性进展,但随着科学技术的不断进步,制造技术的不断发展,以及高校招生规模的扩大,金工实习教学在教学内容,教学方法和管理模式等方面还是存在许多问题。为了顺应教学改革形势,本文结合我校的实际情况,对金工实习教学工作中在完善教学内容、改进教学方法、加强管理机制、提高学生综合素质教育等方面进行探索与实践。
