| 摘 要： | 移动信息资源具有客观、实时、海量等特征，通过对其深度分析和挖掘，建立关联性机制模型，可直观、形象地表现其与地方经济社会发展的相互关系，如可分析区域人口流动特性、对外经济依存度、微区域发展形态等，由此可以更好地为地方社会经济发展的决策提供支撑．更好地体现企业社会责任。

| Abstract: | China Mobile information resource have the characteristics of impersonality, real time and great capacity. Through the deep analysis and construction of relevancy model, the correlation of China Mobile information resource and local social economical development （such as the properties of region population flow, external economy dependence, region development configuration, et.al.） can be revealed frankly, so it can support commendably the decision-making of local social economical development and shoulder efficiently the social responsibility of the enterprise. |
