| Abstract: | The key point in approaching with the personnel management in universities is to build a network of personnel information. Digital information storage should be established due to the wide scope of information. The paper puts forth some countermeasures, such as setting up a center for personnel information, to deal with the problems appearing in the course of information construction. |
