| 摘 要： | 通过调查研究,对北京奥运会新建大型体育场馆建设融资模式和赛后产业化运作模式进行分析,为我国新建大型体育场馆赛后的产业化运作提供参考,以减轻政府负担,努力实现投资大型体育场馆资本的保值和不断增值.

| Abstract: | A survey is carried out to analyze the pre-Beijing-Olympics construction financing model and post-Beijing-Olympics industrialization operating model for the large scale sports venues to provide reference to the post-match industrialization operation of our newly-constructed sports venues,lessen governmental burden and finally realize the goal of retaining even heightening the value of large scale sports venues with huge cost. |
