念动法在游泳教学中的实验研究

摘    要:念动法是利用心理学中运用表象的原理,是一种实践性很强心理训练方法,为验证念动法在游泳课的教学效果、动作记忆再现效果,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、教学实验法等方法进行分析研究。实验研究表明,念动法教学效果优于传统教学,动作记忆再现效果高于对传统教学。

Abstract:Cognitive method is used by the principle of psychology representation,is a strong practical mental training methods for validation,in swimming class teaching effect,action,through memory reappear effect of documentary,questionnaire investigation,interview methods,and experimental teaching method including were analyzed.The experiment results show that the method is superior to the traditional teaching,the movement memory is better than traditional teaching effect to reproduce.
