| Abstract: | Based on the signiifcance of implementing and investment focus of the 12th Five-Year Plan comprehensive investment projects and the ministry of ifnance special funds projects. Taking Tianjin Normal University as an example, this paper proposed two kinds of project planning, formed the investment plan the overall construction scheme of the school, and summarizes some effect on improving undergraduate teaching. |
