摘    要:校本教师管理从"科层取向"到"专业取向"适应了课程改革与教育发展的形势。"专业取向"的校本教师管理制度有利于教师主体意识彰显和教师个人成长,有利于促进学校自主发展和学校文化建设。

Abstract:The transition of school-based teachers' management system from bureaucratic approach to the professional approachis in concert with the current situation of curriculum reform and educational development.The professional approach of the school-based teachers' management system is conducive to promoting the initiative of teachers and teachers' personal growth,and help to promote the independent development of schools and the construction of school culture.
