瘦素(Leptin)的生理作用机制及长期运动对其水平的影响

摘    要:采用文献资料法,分析瘦素(Leptin)的生理作用机制及长期运动对其水平的影响。结果显示:ob基因编码的Leptin具有降低脂肪含量,维持能量平衡,调节代谢、生殖、激素分泌,提高免疫机能等多方面的功能。长期运动对Leptin的影响较为复杂,除了体脂变化、能量平衡变化和激素水平变化等因素外,可能还有未知因素,需要更多的实验探究长期运动对Leptin调节的作用机制。

Abstract:It used the method of literature to analyze the physiological action mechanism of Leptin and the effect of long-term exercise on its level.The results show that Leptin with ob gene code has multiphase functions,such as reducing fat content,maintaining energy balance,adjusting metabolism,reproduction and secretion of hormones,strengthening immune function etc.The effect of long-term exercise on Leptin is more complicated and there probably exist other unknown factors besides those of changes in body fat,energy balance,hormone level and so on,which needs more experimental researches on the action mechanism of long-term exercise to adjustment of Leptin.
