中药"病毒克"颗粒剂对人工感染鸡新城疫的肝功指标影响

目的:观察中药"病毒克"颗粒剂对人工感染鸡新城疫病防治的肝功指标的影响.方法:试验用75只1日龄罗曼鸡人工感染NDV后,分每千克体重给"病毒克"颗粒剂0.5g、1g治疗组和0.5g预防组,并设阳性对照组和健康对照组,测定各组肝功能指标.结果:血清总蛋白(TP)0.5 g治疗组极显著高于阳性对照组(P＜0.01);白蛋白各治疗组极显著高于阳性对照组,预防组显著高于阳性对照组;r-谷氨酰转移酶(GGT)和胆固醇(CHO)阳性对照组显著低于治疗组;乳酸脱氢酶(HDBH)阳性对照组显著高于各治疗组和预防组等.结论:中药"病毒克"颗粒剂对肝功能有较好的保护作用.

Effects of Granulated "Bing duke" - Traditional Chinese Medicine to Lever Index with Artificial Newcastle Disease

Objective: To study the prevention function of the granulated "Bing duke"-traditional Chinese medicine to lever index with Newcastle disease. Methods: 75 one-day old luoman chicken were infected artificial Newcastle disease then divided into treatment group and prevention group. For treatment group,they were given 0.5g,1.0g "Bing duke"medicine according to per gram, for prevention group, they were give 0.5g for prevention, and also set up positive group and control group. At last They were determined the lever index .Results: The content of TP in serum of 0.5gtreatment group was higher than that of the positive group significantly (P<0.01), the content of ALB in the treatment group was higher than that of the positive group significantly also(P<0.01), so close to the prevertion group (P<0.05). The contents of both GGT and CHO in the positive group were lower than those of two treatment group (P<0.05); the content of HBDH in the positive was higher than that of two treatment and prevention group. Conclusion: The granulated "Bing duke" medicine can protect the liver function of chicken significantly.
