大学生创业心理素质养成“五三四”模式研究

心理素质是影响大学生能否由潜在创业者顺利转化为现实创业者的主观前提因素,也是制约大学生创业能否成功的核心要素。本文从创业心理素质构成五维度、创业心理素质养成三途径、创业心理素质养成评价四模块等角度,建构了创业心理素质“五三四”养成模式。

Five-three-four pattern of developing psychological qualities for entrepreneur

Under the call for ＇Enterprising may take up an occupation＇ , an increasing number of college students begin to start an enterprise, while the high rating failure of it left us the thinking of the education of it in the higher level schools. Most colleges nowadays make the theory at the very core of the education while failing to see the importance of psychological qualities. It is the very first factor if the student can become an interpreter in reality instead of thinking about it. Also, it is essential for one to succeed. In this article put forward the ＇Five-three- four＇ way to develop psychology qualities for college students to start a business, which consists with the business starting psychology qualities dimensionality, the methods of developing the business starting psychology qualities and the evaluation module of it, effectively improve the psychology qualities for university students to set up their own business.
