| 摘 要： | 跆拳道课程已被很多学校引进,培养和保持学生学习兴趣有利于跆拳道课程的长久发展。运用文献资料法和专家访谈法对跆拳道训练教学中游戏的运用情况进行了解。分析得出在准备活动、专项练习和素质练习等阶段引入游戏教学,可有效提高学习兴趣,锻炼身体素质,培养对抗意识。

| Abstract: | Taekwondo course has been introduced to many schools, but its lasting development needs the cultivation and maintenance of students＇ interest in taekwondo. This paper uses the method of literature review and specialist interview to investigate on the application of games in taekwondo teaching. And it concludes that the introduction of games to preparation activities, special exercise and quality exercise can effectively improve students＇ learning interest, exercise their physical quality and cultivate their combat consciousness. |
