摘 要: | 教育公平是构成社会公平正义的重要内容,是最大的公平。它包括三个不同层次和含义的公平,目前我国越来越重视教育公平,它象征着我国教育政策正由强调教育资源的公平向教学质量的公平的转变。教育公平的目的是为了促进个体的全面发展,满足个体的发展需要,促进社会发展。
