| 摘 要： | 回顾历史,我国运动队思想政治工作经历了继承优良传统阶段、遭受严重破坏阶段、回归发展阶段和探索创新四个阶段。目前的主要问题是思想政治工作地位没有落到实处,责任不清,运行不畅,队伍素质不高,缺乏全系统参与,没有破解多维因素对思想政治工作的影响。我国运动队思想政治工作模式包括体育总局指令型,中心、运动队调节型和互动型。创新我国运动队思想政治工作体制和运行机制必须改革领导工作体制,强化总局统筹协调力度;建立高素质思想政治工作队伍;强化思想政治工作的社会动员机制,调动全系统及社会力量;建立完善激励、监督、评价及投入机制。
