A Comparative Study on the Intensive Cultivation of Chinese and Japanese Football Players

To be one of the top teams among the world elite teams and obtain remarkable performances in the significant world competitions, a perfect system of cultivating and coaching football players should be set up and effective countermeasures should be taken and players should be guaranteed to have more opportunities to participate in more international competitions. We have seen the performances of Japanese teenager, youth and national teams on international and Asian competitions. What impresses us is that during the past years Japanese football has experienced a fundamental development and surprising enhancement. By the comparative study on the present condition of cultivating football players in China and Japan, the paper tries to explore the sameness and differences in the cultivation of football players, locate each other's problems and provide some references for the reform and development in the cultivation of football players in both countries.
