我国制造企业国际化运营策略探讨

摘    要:随着全球经济一体化,越来越多的中国制造企业开始走向世界。在对我国制造企业的优势和劣势,面临的机会和威胁进行分析的基础上,对我国制造企业国际化运营的策略进行了思考,认为中国制造业应融入全球价值链,发展高端OEM是我国制造业国际运营的主要策略选择。

Abstract:With the integration of the global economy, more and more Chinese manufacturing enterprises began to move into the world. So researches on the international operations (IO) are becoming increasingly important. On the basis of analyzing the strengths, weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Chinese manufacturing enterprises, this paper have a deeply thought on the strategy of Chinese manufacturing enterprises' international operations. The final part points out that Chinese manufacturing enterprise should integrate into the global manufacturing value chain, and the development of China's high-end OEM is the main choice for Chinese manufacturing industry in the future.
