| 摘 要： | 从经济法法律角度就法律授权性、交易安全性、价格机制方面对体育无形资产与有形资产的特征进行比较,并对体育无形资产在公平竞争理念上的内在价值冲突进行分析,指明体育无形资产在竞争上的正面和负面效应,同时阐明体育无形资产应形成鼓励和保护公平竞争的良好经济秩序.

| Abstract: | This treatise make a comparison between the characteristic of athletics sport immaterial assets and tangible assets on the aspects of law authorization, trade safety, price mechanism from the view of economy and law. Indicate that the athletics immaterial assets in positive and negative effect on the competition,and also clarify that the athletics sport immaterial assets should encourage and protect the good economy system of fair competition. |
