对新世纪新阶段继续解放思想的思考

改革开放30年，“解放思想”的要求一直贯穿于其历史进程，改革开放始终是在坚持解放思想与指导思想相统一、与实事求是相统一的原则基础上扎实推进的。在新世纪新阶段，从低水平、不全面、发展很不平衡的“总体小康”起点走向全面建设小康社会的新目标，仍然要通过继续解放思想、继续推进改革开放才能实现。新世纪新阶段的解放思想，主要体现在三个方面。即推进理论创新、改进思想认识和排除“左”及右的影响。

How to Emancipate Our Mind at the New Stage in the New Century

Over the thirty years of reform and opening up, China has constantly been requiring the people to emancipate their mind. The reform and opening up policy has been pressed ahead all along with the principle of uniting emancipating the mind with Marxism guidance and with seeking truth from facts. To achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects from the low level, incomplete and unbalanced general well -off start point, we should continue to emancipate our mind and advance reform and opening up. We should emancipate the mind at the new stage in the new century by promoting theoretical innovation, improving idea and eliminating the influence of ＂left＂ or ＂right＂ trend of thought.
