基于协同理论视角创新高校科研经费管理模式研究

随着科技不断进步，国家对高校科研经费的投入力度逐年加大，高校科研经费管理也面临越来越大的挑战。如何进一步规范和加强科研经费管理，提高资金使用效益，以确保科研工作健康发展是科研管理工作者需要深入思考的重要课题。在检验高校科研经费投入与经济效率之间的协整关系基础上，针对目前高校科研经费管理中存在的问题，利用协同管理的理论，对进一步加强和完善高校科研经费管理的主要举措进行了尝试性探讨。

Analysis of the New Management Mode of Scientific Research Funds in Universities Based on the Perspective of Coordination Theory

With the development of society and the advancement of economy, our country put the growth of technology in the first place. We increase ceaselessly the funds of investment during the recent years. The management of funds in universities has become the severe challenge. Research management workers face important topics on how to further standardize and strengthen the management of research funds, improve funds efficiency in order to ensure the healthy development of research work in the new situation. Facing the problems existing in the current financial management for scientific research, this paper analyzes the main measures to strengthen and improve the college scientific research management, based on the collaborative management theory.
