Based on the analysis on several representing viewpoints in relation to the development of competitive Wushu in China,it is found that: with the growth arts production in competitive Wushu routine,the integration of attacking and exercising has become the history.The reduction of attacking characteristics and cultural characteristics is not good for the development of competitive Wushu in a long run,since the views of "high,difficult,beautiful,new and true" cannot exactly reflect the development of Wushu techniques.The attacking technique mainly draw on the characteristics of techniques,the combination of shape and spirit focuses on cultural characteristics,the representation of beauty and difficulty can be seen as the main characteristics of competition.The combination of the above three aspects are the main persistent theme of the development of competitive Wushu.
