| 摘 要： | 公平与效率是社会发展过程中一对永恒的矛盾。在我国，随着社会经济体制改革的不断深化，表现在教育的公平与效率方面的问题也在不断凸现。社会发展的不同阶段对教育的公平与效率有着不同的要求，现阶段协调好公平与效率之间的关系，成了教育发展中较为重要的环节。

In China, with the ceaseless profundity of social economic reform, the problem of educational equality and efficiency is drawing more and more attention. The development of society at different stages requires equality and efficiency at different levels. So how to balance the relation between educational equality and efficiency becomes an important issue in present education development. |
