两相流流速的差动自相关测量法

摘    要:该文提出了一种基于差动自相关原理的两相流流速测量方法,从理论上进行分析,指出该方法只产生一路信号,可降低对系统的对称性要求,简化电路,提高灵敏度和抗干扰能力,减少了相关分析的数据处理工作量,并采用电容式传感器建立了一套气固两相流流速测量系统.实验数据表明有较高的精确度和良好的重复性.

Abstract:A measuring method of two phase flow rate based on the principle of differential auto-correlation is presented. Analysis in theory shows that one channel signal is simply produced by using this method, and that the system symmetry demands is reduced. A measuring system of gas- solid two phase flow rate is established by using capacitance transducer. The results of experimental analysis verified the anti-interference capability and sensitivity are enhanced. The research results also show that the system having higher precision and better repetition.
