辽宁省高校教师体质亚健康状况检测及致因分析

亚健康问题是困扰高校教师群体的关键问题,亚健康状况的科学诊断与致因分析是亚健康预防、改善的基本前提。采用问卷调查和一滴血检测相结合的方法,对辽宁省高校教师体质亚健康状况进行了医学检测,同时系统分析了各类亚健康的形成原因。得出主要结论:①辽宁省高校教师亚健康发生率较高,且女性略高于男性,理科专业高于文科专业;高校教师亚健康在年龄上和职称上呈现倒U型分布。②辽宁省高校教师群体亚健康状况主要发生在心血管系统、血液系统、消化系统和运动系统。心血管系统亚健康表现为胆固醇不规则结晶、脂质斑块;血液系统亚健康表现为红细胞聚集;消化系统亚健康表现为肠道毒素(黑色结晶);运动系统(骨关节)亚健康表现为骨关节炎。③影响辽宁省高校教师亚健康形成的主要因子依次为:生活习惯因子、饮食习惯因子、体育锻炼情况因子和工作环境因子,不同类型的亚健康的影响因素存在一定差异。
