摘    要:随着对可再生资源的超负荷开发和对不可再生资源的肆意挖掘,使得环境承载力接近上限。面对日益严峻的环境问题,如何有效实施绿色管理成为企业可持续发展的关键。基于组织认同理论和资源基础论,以京津冀地区的制造企业为研究对象,采用层次回归方法,研究了组织环境认同和产品绿色创新作为企业内部因素,商业环境动态性作为企业外部因素,内外部因素共同对企业绿色竞争优势的影响,并明晰了组织环境认同对产品绿色创新的影响。从中发现组织环境认同正向影响企业绿色竞争优势,产品绿色创新在组织环境认同与绿色竞争优势中起部分中介作用,且商业环境动态性正向调节了产品绿色创新与企业绿色竞争优势的关系强度。

The influence of organizational environmental identity on green competitive advantages
Abstract:With the overloading development of renewable resources and exploration of non-renewable resources, the environment carrying capacity is close to the upper limit. When facing the increasingly severe environmental problems, green management has become the key to the sustainable development of corporates. Based on the organizational identity theory and resource-based view, the study regards manufacturing corporates in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region as the research object and uses hierarchical regression method to explore the influence of both the internal factors (organizational environmental identity and green product innovation) and external factor (Business dynamic environment) on green competitive advantages, and clarify the effect of organizational environmental identity on green product innovation. The result shows that organizational environmental identity positively influences corporate competitive advantages, and green product innovation plays mediation role between organizational environmental identity and green competitive advantages, and business dynamic environment positively moderates the relationship between green product innovation and green competitive advantages.
