阻碍民间投资增长的原因探析

民间投资日益成为带动我国经济增长的重要力量，在政府采取积极的财政政策、货币政策刺激下，民间投资却增长乏力，这受制于多方面的因素制约：投资环境不佳、税费负担较重、投资领域狭窄、融资渠道不畅等等。因此，要启动民间投资，应努力改善投资环境、减轻税费负担、拓宽投资领域、疏通融资渠道。

Analysis on the Factors about Impeding Private Investment Increasing

Private investment is becoming one of the most important supports in the fast growth of China economy. Although the government has been taking positive public finance policies and monetary policies, the private investment remains inactive. This is due to several reasons: the bad investment environment, the heavy burden of taxes, the narrow investment fields and the block of financing channels. So to stimulate private investment needs to improve environment, lighten taxes, widen investment fields, and smooth financing channels.
