我国风电发展的瓶颈及对策

摘    要:在我国,风电作为清洁能源的代表,大大的改善了我国现有能源结构,提供了一种实现低碳经济的途径。但近几年我国风电的迅猛发展也遇到了诸多瓶颈,例如并网率低,调峰困难,风能资源评估误差大等等。文章基于风电产业的现状,通过分析这些瓶颈给出了相应的一些对策:即加强风电场与电网的协作和重视调峰电源的建设等。从而为优化我国风电产业,保持经济社会的可持续发展提供一定的建设性参考。

Research on the Bottlenecks in the development of wind power in China and Countermeasures

Abstract:In China, wind power is as the representative of the clean energy, greatly improving our existing energy structures and providing a way to achieve the low carbon economy. But in recent years, China's wind power has encountered many bottlenecks for the rapid development, such as the rate of accessing to the grid is lower , adjusting the peak is more difficult and the wind resource assessment has bigger errors and so on. The paper aims to analyze these bottlenecks based on the status of the wind power industry, and give the appropriate countermeasures: strengthening the collaboration between the wind farm and the grid, and paying attention to the construction of peaking power. So as to provide a constructive reference for optimizing our wind power industry, and maintaining the sustainable development of socio-economic.
