| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对来自河北省72个小城镇适宜参加体育锻炼的583名残疾人进行了调查,结果表明:小城镇残疾人体育生活处于低层次、松散和自发的状态。主客观双重因素影响和制约着小城镇残疾人的体育行为和参与意识,70.8%的人不参加体育活动,符合体育人口标准的小城镇残疾人比例很小,远远低于全国体育人口占总人口的比例。
