应用型法律人才培养与法学本科实践教学体系的探索

摘    要:应用型法律人才培养目标对法学本科实践教学提出了更高的要求。它要求将传统的课堂案例教学、模拟法庭实训、社会实践活动、课外科研训练和毕业专业实习构成一个完整、系统的实践能力培养体系。在构建此体系时需要建立以人才培养方案、师资队伍保障、教学质量监控和教学成绩评定等为基础的保障机制。

Abstract:The objective of cultivating application-oriented legal talents poses higher demands for undergraduate practice teaching in law education.Under such circumstances,a comprehensive and systematic practical abilities training system must be established that integrates traditional classroom case teaching,moot court practical training,social practice activities,extracurricular scientific research training and graduate specialty practice.Whilst building such an integrated system,a safeguard system need also be set up in concordance with the program of personnel talent cultivation,the provision of qualified teaching staff,the monitoring and control of teaching quality as well as the assessment of teaching outcomes.
