移民社区居民社区参与影响因素分析

移民社区同传统社区在形成动力、社区建设模式等方面都存在着差异,这就导致移民社区居民在社区参与中产生了同传统社区居民不同的行动策略和特点。通过对移民社区居民的参与意愿、参与能力、参与内容和参与的制度平台进行考察,可以看到当前移民社区居民社区参与状况的特点,在此基础上,从社区意识、社会资本、社区产生动力以及社区参与的内容和方式四个维度对影响社区居民社区参与状况的主要因素进行了分析,提出改善移民社区居民参与状况的对策。

An Analysis of the Influential Factors in Community Participation of Settlers from Migrant Communities

Disparities that the migrant communities manifest in formation dynamics and mode of community construction and development usually lead to different action strategies and behavioral characteristics on the part of the resettled population groups as compared with those of traditional community groups.A thorough investigation into the participation willingness,participation ability,participation content and the institutionalized platform for participation demonstrated on the part of migrant community groups will help us gain an insight into the overall situation and characteristics of community participation of settlers from migrant communities.Based on these,an analysis of the main factors that influence the community participation of community members is conducted from four dimensions,namely,community consciousness,social capital,community incentives,as well as the content and mode of community participation.Finally,recommendations are proposed regarding the improvement of community participation in migrant communities.
