| 摘 要： | 在新刑法课教学过程中,关于侵占罪的认定问题存在着不同的认识,笔者认为,侵占罪在犯罪行为、性质和犯罪对象上存在着不同于其他侵犯财产罪的特殊之处,在司法实践中必须严格加以区分。
