聚丙烯/累托石层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料制备及力学性能研究

摘    要:用有机累托石与聚丙烯溶液聚合制备复合材料母料,然后在双螺杆混炼挤出机上用熔融插层聚合的方法制备聚丙烯/累托石层状硅酸盐纳米复合材料,研究了复合材料的力学性能并用扫描电镜(SEM)对纳米复合材料进行表征.结果表明:累托石均匀分散到聚丙烯基体中,改善了聚丙烯的力学性能.

Abstract:In this paper,Polypropylene/rectorite clay nanocomposites is obtained with the modified rectorite clay,which has been obtained in dimethylbenzene solution of PP with CTAB as modifier,by melt co-mixing.The physical mechanics performance and structure of composites are studied by means of Scanning Electricity Microscope(SEM).The exfoliated nanocomposites have been obtained and rectorite has been well-proportioned spread around the PP radicel.The result shows that the composite's mechanics performance has been improved.
