| 摘 要： | 在成人英语学习中，教师的地位似乎已不再那么重要。然而，在现代社会的新形势下，成人在英语学习方面又向教师提出了特殊的要求。成人英语教学中，教师只有充分了解成人教育的特殊性，使用特殊的方法进行特殊的教学才能做一个合格的成人英语教师。
