| 摘 要： | 滑雪与旅游产业的迅猛发展,伴随而来的是伤害事故时有发生.采用典型案例的分析方法,从理论上深入分析影响我国滑雪与旅游产业健康发展的法律环境的问题,探讨如何进一步健全与完善相应的法律法规,增强行政管理部门、经营部门、从业人员、滑雪爱好者的责任意识、风险意识、法律意识.

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of ski, the injures accident sometimes occur . This paper uses typical case's analysis method ,theoretically thorough analysis the problems of the influence on our country's ski and traveling industry health development legal environment ,to explore how to improve and make the corresponding legal laws and regulations perfect, to enhance the consciousness of responsibility, risk and law of administrative management organization ,jobholders and ski amateur. |
