我国近二十年电子期刊研究综述

我国电子期刊研究肇始于20世纪90年代,研究主题日趋多元化,并出现了一批具有一定影响力的成果,但尚未形成比较稳定的研究队伍,单打独斗现象比较明显,部分研究领域成果较少。文章提出从电子期刊的立法、共建共享、采购策略、中外比较、检索利用技术等方面加强研究,促进电子期刊的建设、开发与利用。

A summary of the researches on electronic journals in China for the past twenty years

Researches on electronic journals began in 1990s,the themes of researches tend to plural,and many influential researches have already published.Unfortunately,comparatively stable teams have not been formed,the phenomenon of fighting alone without any support from others still is common occurrence and research achievements in certain field are still rare.In order to promote the construction of electronic journals,the authors hold that the researches work should be exploited and utilized from the following aspects: legislation of e-journals;joint-construction and joint share,techniques of acquisition;comparison between Chinese e-journals and foreign ones;retrieval techniques,etc..
