| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,问卷调查法,数理统计法,对北京CBD企业中中方员工的328名员工基本身体健康状况的调查,对参加健身锻炼活动的基本状况:健身意识,次数、时间;室内外健身方式;健身场所;健身消费等方面的调查,对北京CBD中方员工健身锻炼的状况进行分析研究,探讨保障北京CBD中方人员身体健康的途径.

| Abstract: | With the metods of documents and materials,the questionnaire investigation and the mathematical statistics,this paper have investigated the health and participating in exercises condition of 328 chinese staffs who work in the enterprises in Beijing CBD.The investigation includes many questions,for example,the healthy consciousness they have,how long and how often they exercise,the kinds of exercises indoor and outdoor,and gymnasium they usually join,how much they pay for the exercises etc.According to analysis of the investigation,the auther will discuss the ways of ensuring the health for the chinese staffs in Beijing CBD. |
