| 摘 要： | 根据前期对当前我国普通高校大学生体育文化素质现状及原因的分析认为:对普通高校大学生进行体育文化素质教育与培养主要应从观念和思想层面上、教学环节及教学模式上、多元化学生课外体育活动运行机制以及学校竞赛活动运行机制上、体育师资队伍建设和营造积极、健康、活泼向上的校园体育文化环境等方面入手,促进学生体育文化素质的提高.

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the present situation and its origins of physical cultural quality education in universities,we should start with ideas and concepts,the teaching links and patterns,diversity extracurricular sports operational mechanism,teaching faculty construction,establishing a vigorous and healthy environment and etc.to promote the students' physical cultural quality. |
