| 摘 要： | 随着现代社会的发展,信息、知识已经成为社会中的基本资源,如何使大量的信息为运动队服务成为有待于解决的问题之一.通过讲述基于JSP动态信息平台的结构系统,并且通过在国家帆船帆板队中的使用,基本满足了教练员和运动员的需要,从而达到更好的利用信息资源为国家帆船帆板队服务的目的. |

| Abstract: | As the development of the society, the information and acknowledge have been the base resource. How to use the information has become the one of the most important problems. The purpose of the paper is to research the dynamic information platform for the national sailing team, as well as using the information platform, the coaches and sailors can easily get the information. |
