乒乓球直板正手撇拉技术的实验研究

摘要：运用运动生物力学的测试方法对近期国家乒乓球队提出的正手台内进攻技术的创新——直板正手撇拉技术进行了实验研究。对直板正手撇拉技术与另外两种台内进攻技术（正手挑打技术、反手拧拉技术）进行了动作技术对比分析、击球效果分析及实战效果分析。其结果显示,直板正手撇拉技术击球后的球速可达到正手挑打后的球速,其转速略小于反手拧拉的转速,而大于挑打的转速;该技术动作结构与正手挑打相似,但有明显的外撇动作,击球方向以向前向上为主,带有一定的迷惑性,球拍运动轨迹像似做一个“勾子”运动。本研究成果将有利于进一步提高直板乒乓球运动员的正手进攻能力,对于维持我国乒乓球技术训练的先进性也有一定的实践意义。

The Experimental Study on the Table Tennis Techniques of Forehand Attack Inside the Table

Abstract: This paper studied the penhold forehand flip-loop combo technique, which was the innovation of forehand attack inside the table technology proposed recently in the national table tennis team by the experimental method of sports biomechanics. The paper also compared and analyzed the kinematics characteristics, hitting effects and actual combat effectiveness between penhold forehand flip-loop combo technique and other two kinds of attack inside the table technology, which are forehand flip shot and backhand loop inside the table. The results showed that the ball velocity of penhold forehand flip-loop combo technique inside the table could reach that of forehand flip shot. The ball rotational speed of penhold forehand flip-loop combo technique inside the table was slightly slower than backhand loop inside the table but higher than that of flip shot technique. The action structure of the penhold forehand flip-loop combo technique inside the table was similar to forehand flip shot technique inside table. The difference were as follows. When doing the action of penhold forehand flip-loop combo technique inside the table, there was a clear action of wrist abduction, and the direction of the ball was given priority to forward and upward. Therefore, the racket trajectory was seemed to be a "hook" movement, which had a certain confusing to the players. The results of this study would be conducive to further improve the forehand attack ability of penhold table tennis players, which would be a certain practical significance to maintain the advanced nature of Chinese table tennis technical training.
